NEW: Goods, facilities and services regulations.

It is currently still legal to refuse service to LGB people. This legal loop hole is due to be closed later this year with the introduction of new regulations which will forbid such discrimination. Government is currently consulting on these new regulations. NEW: Sexual Orientation Strategy and Action Plan.

The OFMDFM has developed a draft strategy and action plan for statutory agencies and service providers to ensure that Lesbian, gay and bisexual people are treated fairly and appropriately.
